Prices include breakfast and tourist tax.

Booking and payment of hotel accommodation

Accommodation can be booked via on-line registration form no later than May 15, 2007.

As the number of rooms available for the Conference is limited, your choice of hotel can not be guaranteed after that date.

Your choice of accommodation will be duly considered, and applications will be processed on a first come – first served basis.

Accommodation is payable directly to the hotel at check-out.

Hotels can be booked by credit card only: the number of your credit card is required as an accommodation guarantee.

All cancellations must be sent in writing and addressed to the Secretariat.

Cancellations received before June 10, 2007 are free of charge.

After this date, one night stay will be charged to your credit card.

You will receive written confirmation of your hotel reservation after the receipt of your credit card details.
