It was proposed that the Association should be registered either in Slovenia or at the level of EU. Also, it was proposed that a membership subscription in context of registration of Association be considered.
Andrej Kastelic reviewed the previous work of Association and gave thanks to everybody, who participated in that.
Selection of new board members
Ante Ivančić gave some proposals in connection with the selection of new board members. The proposition about selection of the chairman and vice-chairman for every two years was not accepted. The proposal concerning the appointment of the vice-chairman to the chairman, which actually means that every two years a vice-chairman will be selected, was accepted by a majority of votes. In this way, one person would be included in work of the board for four years.
Ante Ivancic summarized the proposal and nominated Andrej Kastelic as a permanent honor president or first for next two years for a regular president. He proposed Nermana Mehic-Basara as vice-president based on the successes of Bosnia and Hercegovina in the implementation of prevention and treatment of drug addiction programmes and their contribution in affirming the SEEA Network.
Andrej Kastelic proposed that the Association should have two vice-presidents and Ante Ivančić to continue his presidency for next two years. Dr. Ante Ivancic first didn't agree to this proposal but he promised that he will continue to be committed to the Association. However, this prososal was accepted by mayority of other participants so the Association will have two vice-chairpersons during the next two years.
